Can the ordinances of the City of Wentzville be “bought” by those of influence? This is the question that I posed to Wentzville City Aldermen John P. Luby and Nickolas Guccione concerning the recent repeal of Wentzville City Ordinance 410.170 by the City Council. Both Ward 3 Aldermen Luby and Guccione voted to repeal the city ordinance once the city discovered that most, if not all, home developers were not in compliance with the ordinance which favored the homeowners. Wentzville, Missouri has a hospital. Wentzville has many medical professionals operating in a variety of specialties. Fundamental healthcare begins with an individual or family?s access to a general physician, call it a family doctor or for children, a Pediatrician and for women a Gynecologist. Certainly, for people like me, a good therapist; better yet, a Psychiatrist! But why is it that someone in Wentzville, Missouri cannot locate a physician that will take new patients?
